All In. All Out. Hybrid Challenge

The All In All Out Race blends a ½ mile run with a ½ mile carry using two one-gallon water jugs, repeated until only one athlete remains. It’s part race, part survival, and all community impact, as every jug of water carried will be donated to those in need after the event. This event is for all ages!

Event overview

Rules of the Race:
  • Complete a ½ mile run + ½ mile carry loop (for a total of 1 mile) within the time limit each round. Participants will carry (2) one-gallon water jugs. *All water will be donated to those in need following the event.

  • The time cap for each lap will start at 20 minutes and decrease 1 minute each subsequent lap.

    • Lap 1: 20 minute time cap

    • Lap 2: 19 minute time cap

    • Lap 3: 18 minute time cap

    • And so on…

  • Failure to finish before the cutoff time eliminates you.

  • The event continues until only one athlete remains.

  • Final Male and Female participants will be the Last One Standing.

  • If all remaining runners do not complete the lap in the prescribed time cap then the first to cross the finish line of that final lap will be named the Last Man/Woman Standing
